Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Monitor and ensure on-time, complete execution of activities towards a safe and secure working environment in accordance to the company and regulatory requirements.
- Provide ESH leadership in related projects.
- Develop and implement effective ESH related training to all levels of employees, contractors and visitors.
- Responsible to develops, formulates and implements working policies, system and procedures to govern safety, health and environmental function that would ensure consistency of the department objectives, satisfaction of community relations and closed coordination of all personnel in all departments.
- Directly responsible to handle and support safety requirements based on the companies objectives that will deliver the required monthly production with a good quality and proper implementations of the mining and development plan at a very reasonable cost per metric ton
- Ensures good support for the effective and safe implementation of the day to day plan of activities covering mine operations, maintenance and administrative functions
- Undertakes regular inspections and checking for the proper implementation project department procedures and policies that will ensures safety to all company resources.
- Ensure that manpower, equipment and resources are properly in a safety standard and had full control to supervises subordinates workloads and works assignment is properly done in a good manner
- Responsible to process and complies safety documents needed by the government agencies, clients / buyer and owners.
- Manage and support safety requirements of the total project site departments; Mining Operations; Planning and Engineering; Grade Control; Safety and Health; Admin and Accounting departments
- Submits accomplishment reports, endorse requisition intended in the department and evaluate work performance and health of all personnel.
- Perform other tasks, duties and responsibilities as directed
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
- At least five (5) years of working experience in Health, Safety and Environment.
- Preferably an accredited ESH practitioner of DOLE with valid accreditation.
- Knowledgeable in the Philippines Occupational Safety and Health, Environment - related legislation
- Hands on experience in implementation and follow through on ESH standards, audit programs, investigations and tracking of actions.
- Able to influence and motivate staff and contractors to improve ESH and performance
- Passionate and highly committed in driving ESH excellence
