This role will provide you a unique opportunity to do more than research, because the role is imperative to develop strategy and provide direction for new business initiative at the of most diverse financial service in Indonesia.
You’ll have opportunity to have multiple exposure within Astra Financial Business Unit, Astra Group value Chain and external partner from business as usual, new business initiative and real activity from automotive events until corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Job Description
- Conduct primary and secondary research to grow existing business unit and propose new business opportunities in partnership with business development
- Support Business Strategy and Development with on demand research to help business strategy development and existing company activities.
- Conduct market and consumer behaviour research for new business initiative both primary and secondary research to help Product Manager develop product that fit to customer needs
- Provide monthly research to help company update with Financial Service industry and related industry dynamics
- Analyse data and provide business recommendation in partnership with Data Scientist to support business needs and identify potential business opportunity
- Conduct benchmarking to business unit and external parties
- Conduct workshop to foster innovation culture within the group
Trình độ tối thiểu
Requirement
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Management
- Work Experience: 1-3 years in Financial Service / Tech Company/ Market Research Firm
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving skills
- Relevant experience working in a business insights and research
General Requirement
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven and collaborative team player
- Adaptive - Ability to work with people at all levels, especially C-Level
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle simultaneous workstreams
