- Pengalaman kerja 3-5 tahun sebagai Relationship Manager / Credit Risk Manager
- Menguasai bisnis di bidang industri Multifinance, Mining, Automotives, Construction, Agrobusiness dll
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan Data Analytical, Financial Analysis & Projection
- Memiliki sertifikat Manajemen Risiko (Preferrable)
