Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Day to day operational supervision of all daily audit functions.
- Reviews daily and monthly journal entries to record daily revenue and expense reports.
- Perform and assist in monthly reconciliation of general ledger assigned accounts.
- Ensure compliance with property system of internal controls, ensure departmental procedures are followed and any discrepancies are documented. Any discrepancies are noted with an Accounting Incident Report.
- Responsible for timely accomplishments of reports within the deadline.
- Coordinates any necessary procedures to other departments for accurate and timely reporting of data.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A Certified Public Accountant or with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Taxation or related field.
- At least 1 year experience as Audit Supervisor in a hotel and resorts set-up.
- With pleasing personality and good communication skills.
- Must possess strong organizational skills. Detail oriented, innovative, flexible, thorough task -oriented, can work independently with minimal direction.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a high paced environment.
- Job entails occasional domestic travel to the resorts.
- Can start as soon as possible.
