Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assures that all revenue generating department transactions are all accounted for and accurate. This includes but not limited to: charges, payments, complimentary items, discounts, refund, client contracts, and send bill, etc.
- Performs regular check with the completeness of documents for Front Office, Reservations and Sales.
- Work with Cost Control regarding price check, rates and promotions.
- Audit and checking of Lost and Found items and release Monitoring
- Spot check of cash funds
- Monitor, update and follow up send bill arrangements
- Audits commissions/bookings of travel agencies.
- Revisit policies and procedures and recommend improvements
- Reports any discrepancies and conduct investigations.
- Host monthly audit meeting for updates and to address usual audit concerns.
- Performs other tasks that may assigned by the Management
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for the position
- Preferably with HospitalityBackground
- Good analytical skills
- Good both in oral and written communication skills
- Good Leadership skills and must be flexible
- Willing to be assigned in Boracay
- Can start immediately
