Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Receiving of Collections and Issuance of Receipt
- Handle issuance of official receipts for all money received in cash, checks, direct bank deposits and wire transfers
- Reconcile the collection report generated by the accounting system and the actual collection on hand
- Secure the daily collection and deposit to the company’s bank account
- Custodianship of Petty Cash Fund
- Administer payment through petty cash fund in accordance with the policy on petty cash disbursements
- Ensure that there are funds available for petty disbursements
- Payment to Suppliers and Service Providers
- Receive calls and provide necessary information on queries for check payments
- Handle releasing of checklist suppliers and service providers
- Handle payments through bank drafts, telegraphic transfers and dollar withdrawals
- Maintain complete record of release checks, and monitor unreleased checks
- Other Administrative Works
- Ensure that all documents are stamped “PAID” and filed in chronological order
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Well versed in performing monetary transactions such as collections, petty cash
- Demonstrated ability to balance all transactions run through assigned register, including layaway payments, checks, register receipts, etc.
- Dedicated and meticulous – high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Skilled in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel)
- Amenable to work in Makati
