Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Reviews, Analyze and prepare all related payments to suppliers, government agencies, third party including internal customers such as employees and affiliates. Ensures all are valid and approved for payment.
- Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
- Process and release payments on time to customers.
- Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances; preparing checks.
- Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying each account transactions.
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Maintain orderly and accurate filing systems.
- Prepare and produce monthly financial reports such as Accruals, liquidation, etc.
- Provide support to finance and admin group deemed as necessary.
- Qualifications and Skills
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Accepting Fresh Graduates but must be a CPA.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel, Analytical, detailed-oriented and team player.
- Willing to be assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong.
