Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Oversees the daily store operations
- Ensures employees; adherence to Stores and company’s standards and policies (standard looks, manner of communication in handling customers etc.)
- Leads and executes all people management efforts and initiatives (i.e. resource allocation, people management, succession planning, etc.)
- Ensures full resolution of cashiering and inventory variances and escalates further to appropriate groups
- In-charge of Executive Escalation and Fraud cases and help in resolution
- Manages Profit and Loss (financial, inventory, service transactions, collections and sales reports)
- Meets monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals across all products and services
- Monitors/Oversee QA Compliance (Sales QA and Aftersales QA), and ensures QA updates will be cascaded to Operations and Quality team.
- Serves as the highest level of escalation/assistance for unmanageable customers, Platinum and VIP customers
- Conducts regular staff meetings to discuss store performance and other important matters
- Drives quality and compliance in all policies and processes across all store personnel
- Coordinates opportunities to drive traffic to the store through community events with Head Office
- Develops business strategies to optimize profitability
- Conducts personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- With experience in managing a store
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Working Schedule: Mall Hours (6 days/shifting)
- Applicants must be willing to work in a Telco Retail Store located in the following area: Tutuban Central Mall | Star Mall Alabang | SM Center Las Pinas
