HR IT Manager  

Strategic

• Align with HR business leaders and stakeholders and ISG teams, such as Enterprise Architecture, Employee Enablement, and Customer Management, to collectively define the HR Technology Strategy and Transformation Roadmap.
• Work with various groups to ensure key HR processes are supported by the HRIS or recommend modification to the existing HRIS to meet changing requirements.
• Be the customer champion for HR on IT enabled services, influencing the roadmaps of other groups at Globe to address employee needs.
• Explore innovative ideas to solve important Core HR problems and identify incremental or new features to a comprehensive end-to-end solution.
• Stay current on HR technology and trends, bringing new ideas to HR.

Tactical/Solutions Delivery

• Lead a team of HR system developers, functional consultants, and 3rd party service provider, by setting clear directions and strategies for solutions delivery.
• Deliver solutions supporting all Core HR functional disciplines, such as Payroll, Time Management, and self-service.
• Lead through process excellence and demonstrate effective project management skills for complex projects as well as anticipate likely risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Operations (BAU Processes & Support)
• Oversee the execution and ongoing maintenance of HRIS and other HR related systems.
• Manage interactions with the HRIS Systems Integrator (HRIS) and system provider (Oracle).
• Help develop and maintain applicable service agreements.
• Review the service quality of vendors.
• Help analyze, detect, identify, and recommend correction on technical problems and deficiencies.
• Escalate and drive resolution of system-related error

Work Experience

• Has field experience working on at least one full lifecycle of an HCM implementation.
• Strong understanding of Human Resources functions within the organization, understanding of HR processes programs and data.
• Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms, including systems related to employee systems of record, benefits, payroll, compensation, organizational development and recruitment.
• Effective project management skills; stakeholder management, and expertise in driving projects and initiatives, demonstrating benefits of projects to the organization, and translating customer and business needs into technical requirements.

Level of Knowledge

• B.S. in Computer Science and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferably with Project Management certification
