Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Supervises the operations of HRMD
- Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual
- Communicates with other employees, departments, applicants and the public for the purpose of providing information and assistance concerning employment, recruitment, transfers, personnel records, leaves and related legal requirements
- Designs and delivers OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the Asian College’s vision, mission and core values;
- Conducts recruitment efforts for both regular and temporary, teaching and non-teaching vacancies
- Conducts new employee orientations
- Does timekeeping; respond to inquiries related to payroll, timekeeping, benefits or employee inquiries.
- Monitors employee performance evaluation and career-pathing program
- Designs and facilitates in-house events (e.g. training, workshops, seminars) as required.
- Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing
- Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
