Online Community Manager  

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Ascent is looking for a Content and Community Manager who can work closely with our senior leaders to develop impactful social and content initiatives and programs. Delighting users while ensuring brand consistency across all of our customer touch points should be at the core of what excites you. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact with the brand’s community, encouraging engagement through posts and messages across owned social channels while establishing a consistent brand voice
• Boost user happiness and brand affinity by driving customer awareness through our social platforms
• Research, analyse and report on insights and brand sentiment through social listening, in order to help refine the content strategy
• Create content including but not limited to social-first content like UGC and trending topics as well as written long form and short form blog articles
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as part of the project management process

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in a high-growth business
• Exceptional content writing portfolio

• Diploma or Degree in any marketing or communications related field
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field, ideally within an agency environment
• At least 2 years' writing experience with excellent knowledge of grammar, proof-reading and editing
• Advanced working knowledge of all priority social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Stories, YouTube, Twitter, and their livestreaming capabilities
• Experience with social analytics, listening and third-party publishing tools, as well as data visualisation
• Experience creating and growing successful Facebook Groups is a plus
• Experience producing content strategy and calendars
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content categorisation,development and measurement
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in the English and Filipino language
