- Monitor overall transport department performance to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure timely completion of transport work and issuance of correct Invoices as agreed with customers.
- Manage and control overall department costs.
- Ensure department provides quality service at all times.
- Decide on the optimal carrier’s spot rates based on staff negotiations and recommendations.
- Ensures availability of fleet.
- Coordinates with other department heads to improve services rendered.
- Coach and trains subordinates.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree;
- Having at least two (2) years work experience in Logistics and Forwarding business;
- Must at least be knowledgeable on fleet repairs;
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications;
- Fast learner;
- Willing to work under pressure;
