Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assist the Production Head on completing tasks as assigned and achieves project goals.
- Assist in the development of project proposals, cost estimates, budgets, timelines, and schedules.
- Attends meetings related to the handled projects.
- Understand the project and keep updated contact information to ensure a reliable means of communication at all times with the project team.
- Evaluate the progress of the project to ensure that the timeline is followed consistently.
- Report to the Production Head for developments, updates, and other data issues concerning the projects.
- Perform administrative functions for the Production Head which might include updating of project schedule, taking minutes of meetings, and communicating with suppliers.
- Coordinate internal resources, event / production requirements, third partie / vendors, and other involved units for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Ensure that the production runs smoothly.
- Supervise production assistants and ensure that production schedule is maintained.
- Maintain the necessary skills and physical fitness to provide quality services.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree in any course.
- Relevant experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Can work under pressure and minimal supervision.
- Can work long hours during events.
