Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Outsource new vendors or suppliers for better quality products, items, and prices.
- Evaluate the documents and quotations submitted for accreditation purposes (quality vs price).
- Obtain at least three quotations and negotiate with vendors for best prices, deals, discounts, and payment terms.
- Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of items/materials.
- Ensure that all supplier and vendor contracts/quotations are approved by the Managing Director and/or Director before execution.
- Supervise necessary supply or equipment demos and distribute procured items.
- Prepare and update master files, templates, forms, and checklist to maintain efficiency and effectiveness of the purchasing unit.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement systems, procedures, and controls to ensure an effective centralised purchasing.
- Be on site during ingress or egress (if necessary) to ensure prompt and accurate delivery from suppliers
- Demonstrate personal responsibility by adhering to the company’s business conduct and policies
