Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Develop new sponsor, clients and partners;
- Secure exhibitors and sponsors for the event;
- Collaborate on project team for project feasibility;
- Assist sponsor and exhibitor’s concern and inquiries from pre-prod, ingress, event proper and egress;
- Build good relationship with exhibitors and sponsors;
- Implements the contract between ArtisteSpace Inc. and Sponsors/Exhibitors;
- Ensure that the requirements of the exhibitors and sponsors are met;
- Provide support on sponsorship and exhibitor inquiries;
- Recommend strategy development and making channels;
- Overall in-charge of sponsorship for in-house/company initiated projects;
- Identifies companies and CSR groups granting sponsorship to projects;
- Establishes association with big companies and CSR groups;
- Prepares and presents decks to identified groups to establish tie-ups and sponsorship (in cash or in kind);
- Coordinates with other departments/teams and suppliers;
- Develops timelines and project schedules; and
- Performs administrative duties and field works.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least a Bachelor's Degree/College Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or its equivalent is required
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Willing to render longer working hours
- Willing to do field works; and
- Willing and able to learn new things.
