Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Prepares and monitors Creatives’ JO per project;
- Monitoring of deadlines;
- Coordinates with other departments (internal);
- Coordinates all printing requirements;
- Prepares layouts, DTI permit, and ASC clearance’s CEs;
- Preparation and monitoring of billing documents for layouts, DTI permit, and ASC clearance processing;
- Preparation and Monitoring of Purchase Order (PO);
- Maintains accurate data and files of the team (OTs, time logs, filed leaves);
- Maintains current information in the database for business contacts, suppliers, fabricators, and other work-related information; and
- May be assigned other related tasks as needed.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Can work extended hours and minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
