Business Development

• Pro-actively Develop local market by acquiring wall spaces in the buildings (& other strategic locations) and achieve the target.
• Develop new customers and establish/maintain a good relationship
• Able to develop new demand and give them full support.
• Present, Negotiate and close the contract with building/property managers.
• Keeps the growth of building ownership throughout CBD’s and shall expand to other provinces
• Prepare an appropriate proposal for each building.
• Manage office daily jobs such as Monitoring of the status of the accounts and updates and take action on the pending ones and etc..
• Build and maintains a relationship with the accounts
• Develop specific plans to ensure 100% saturation of the building ownership.
• Internal coordination with marketing and after-sales support.
• Acquire and learn the skill of estimation and some technicalities on the products/services we have.
• And other Business Development and office task-related.

• ​​​​​Bachelor Degree/Master in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Business Development
• At least 1 year, preferably with relevant experience in property management and real estate.
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
