- Delegate responsibility to the Assistant Manager and Supervisors, making sure that the production plan and targets are attained by keeping track of the requirements included in the KPI.
- Ensure efficient coordination with concerned departments and personnel for a smooth and steady flow of materials needed in the process and makes sure that all tools and supplies are needed are obtained.
- Work closely with the AVP in making critical decisions especially when it comes to employee welfare.
- Organize workflow and ensures that all employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
- Prepares and submits needed reports to superiors and make recommendations or suggestions when a problem exist.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations.
- Assumes the position of subordinates and perform other duties when deemed necessary.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years working experience as an AM/Manager in a Manufacturing Company.
- College graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or other related course.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Greenbelt practitioner (optional). Experienced in Lean Manufacturing.
