- Plan and organize the process work flow of assigned area and ensures that it is aligned with the departments objectives and targets.
- Must be familiar with all aspects of a Manager's job and be ready to assume the role in the absence of the Manager.
- Train new supervisors with all the skill requirements needed for the position.
- Work closely with the Manager in making critical decisions especially when it comes to employer welfare.
- Ensures that Supervisors understand their duties and delegated tasks.
- Delegate responsibility to the Supervisors and subordinates, making sure that the production is in line with the attaintment of the departmental KPI.
- Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations.
- Demands higher responsiblity than a Supervisor
- Assumes position of subordinates when deemed necessary
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 3 years working experience as a Supervisor/Assistant manager in Manufacturing Company
- College graduate. Preferred BS Industrial Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
- Experienced in Lean Manufacturing
