- Directly reports to the CEO.
- Plans, prepares, and documents the following whenever in a meeting:
- Scheduling
- Agendas
- Presentations
- Executive liaisons and documenting the meeting.
- Maintains key corporate documents and records.
- Ensures compliance obligations under relevant laws and the requirements of regulatory authorities are met.
- Coordinates all departments.
- Represents the company in a meeting with the clients as sometimes the CEO or GM will not be available.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Female
- At least 1 year of administrative task experience.
- Thorough understanding of the company's business.
- Working knowledge of corporate and securities law.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Sensitivity and intuition toward CEO’s thoughts and feelings.
- Ability to:
- Read signals and provide early warnings to management.
- Mediate and assist in achieving consensus.
- Overcome bureaucratic thinking in the company
- Detail-oriented.
- Flexible and creative.
- Sense of balance no matter how pressured a situation may be.

Our Company
Back in 2009, the architect and the businessman merged through common interest started a service of designs and built residential houses for relatives and close family friends. Since then, it blooms to a family business and now expanding its nature of services, committed to fulfil the services it offers in meeting the needs and expectations of the client. In January 2017, ARKEYTRICKS was then established. It was certified and recognized by the Department of Trade and Industry on March, 2017. ARKEYTRICKS then launched the ARKEYTRICKS ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNS for architectural and interior design services, ARKEYTRICKS BUILDERS for general construction services, and ARKEYTRICKS INTERIORS AND DECORS for fabrication services.
