Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through closing in an assigned industry. Works with the sales and marketing team for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and mission.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develops annual sales plan in conjunction with the President & CEO's directions, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which focuses on meeting or exceeding sales quota; and budgetary requirements.

  • On a regular basis, prepares sales plan and devises a strategy per account, which details activities leading to closing of sale.

  • Reports activities undertaken against the sales plan.

  • Maps potential customers and generates leads

  • Meet the organization's sales targets

  • Establishes client & business partner relationships

  • Maintains and improve relationship with clients

  • Do researches and collect relevant information on the client, including existing competition

  • Conducts business assessment to identify client pain points and potential uses of the products/services offering of ARCHIBUS Philippines.

  • Conducts solution presentation

  • Prepares quotations and proposals

  • Closes sale

  • Creates and maintains account and opportunity record

  • Promotion of the ARCHIBUS brand

  • Assesses problems reported by customer.

  • Coordinates with various divisions of ARCHIBUS Philippines with the objective of responding to requests for post-sales support.

  • Cooperates and collaborates in division meetings and activities

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Bachelor’s Degree, any field
  • With strong preference for any of the following: Computer Science or IT related degrees, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or Management, Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years solid sales experience with proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong persuasion and selling skills
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong decision making skills, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Computer literate, knowledgeable in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Customer focus and good relationship management skills
  • Honest, results-oriented, and resourceful
  • Has the discipline for thoroughness and follow through on deliverables
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professionalism (imbibes the values of Integrity, Product & Service Excellence, and Teamwork)
  • Highly motivated, has strong desire to sell, self-driven, highly energetic and can work well under pressure
  • Strong ability to learn and adapt quickly
