Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Managing, supervising and monitoring the progress of each sales representative to help them improve their performance through listening to their calls and conducting regular coaching sessions.
• This position is not to rest and delegate. You're expected to act as a leader and be hands-on in calling and emailing of leads and always show the team how it is effectively done. At least 50% of the job will be to call and contact potential leads, and the other 50% on management/coaching.
• Establishes sales objectives and develops strategies including but not limited to cold calling, emailing, appointment setting and ensuring that targets are met.
• Tests and evaluates implemented procedures and adjusts accordingly in order to improve results.
• Prepares and maintains sales report for the management.

• With 8-10 years strong experience in telemarketing sales preferably in a software company
• With previous management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work as a member of a multinational team
• Appropriate college/university degree
