Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

Will do call-outs and assist in sales and lease appointments to new and existing clients.
Help in the lead generation through PR and Marketing with company instructions.
Answer inquiries from clients through email, calls, and personal meeting.
Organize and file reports, client database, contracts, etc.
Assist in the after-sales and maintain PR with existing clients.

Trình độ tối thiểu

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field;
Must be outspoken;
Candidate must have good public relations and interpersonal skills;
Must be willing to work on holidays and weekends, if needed;
Must be flexible in assisting clients in different locations;
Candidate should also adhere to internal rules and policies, especially the observance of company ethics;
Should be a good team player;
Computer literate and with good command of English both in oral and written is a plus;
Real Estate knowledge is a plus;
