Admin Assistant (San Mateo, Rizal)  

Responsibilities

• Acts as the Subdivision Administrative personnel of the project whose major tasks include dealing with customers/clients as well as providing administrative support to the turnover engineer
• Primarily attends to the queries, concerns and complaints of the buyers, homeowners, brokers and agents
• Conducts orientation of policies and processes including but not limited to payment procedures upon turnover of units and policies for house improvements
• Monitors subdivision amenities and processes the requests for payments of the subdivision’s utilities (electricity, water, garbage collection etc.)
• Maintains and organizes pertinent documents including but not limited to occupancy permits and the like
• Other administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Candidate must posses a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field, preferably in Property Development/Real Estate Management or any equivalent courses;
• Experience in Customer Service or Site Administration is required;
• Must possess excellent communication and customer relations skills;
• Emphatic, people-oriented and has the ability to manage work under pressure;
• Highly organized with strong coordination skills.
• Preferably from or willing to be assigned in Rizal (San Mateo)
