What you would be doing
- In-charge of the company’s recruitment efforts which includes coordinating with applicants and universities
- In-charge of the procurement and maintenance office supplies and equipment
- Responsible for travel bookings, air ticket and hotel
- In-charge of office repairs and maintenance
- Control inventory of office and pantry supplies
- Coordination with office suppliers
- Handle office disbursements
- Welcome visitors and applicants
- Answer, screen and direct calls
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
Prepare yourself for:
- A 24-hour take home skill test
- A series of interviews in the office
- A day in the office which culminates in a presentation to management
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree program
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- High Initiative, Reliability, and Attention to detail
- Proficient in office programs for all platforms, whether it be Mac, Google docs, Open Office, or Microsoft office
- Knowledgeable and updated in IT. Can name all computer parts, networking equipment, and peripherals.
- Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required
- Plays mobile games
