- Monitoring of quality control and management;
- Ordering, controlling and managing of items from local suppliers;
- Preparing of monthly report of employees' lates & absences;
- Conducting of performance appraisal for all employees;
- Will be responsible for the requisition of personnel;
- Oversees operations as a whole along with other needs of the store;
- Performing other tasks when required.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any Business course;
- Must have at least 3 years experience;
- Preferably with prior knowledge of gas station operations;
- Must have excellent decision-making skills;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

Damosa Land Inc., a wholly owned Filipino corporation and a member of the Anflocor Group of Companies, was incorporated on April 14, 1948. Formerly known as Davao Motor Sales, Inc. or Damosa, the company started as a premier dealer of Ford motor vehicles and parts until 1985.
