Role Purpose
Managing Home Solutions (Durables, Home Care, Shoppers Catalog and Agriculture) products portfolio during its lifetime, achieve its commercial target and COI, to execute in high level of Excellency the Brand Strategy through the development and implementation of Product Marketing Strategy.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage product portfolio & SKU.
- Analyze existing portfolio productivity and seek for enhancement of its productivity.
- Initiate and utilize market research/market data to identify market opportunities.
- Manage and implement the new product launch process including product selection, pricing, forecasting, etc. by coordinating with the global and local teams.
- Plan, control and coordinate with other divisions/departments to implement marketing activities for new product launches, promotion, and special activities.
- Plan and manage promotions to increase sales.
- Plan, manage and control budget for marketing activities
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum 5+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role.
- Launches of new products and releases of existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation.
- Understand and being able to develop Product Strategic Planning
- Strong communication & interpersonal skill
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
- Strong time and project management
