- Be responsible for New Products and New Technology Platform Capacity Profile from Development to NPI stages.
- Establish Technical Standards Setting of Wafer Test and pre-assembly.
- Conduct UPH studies for all equipment transfer from APK.
- Provide machine capacity per Wafer, per Die type both for Crystal and Moscap
- Provide machine recipe validation in alignment to BEAT / SAP-IBP for capacity resource planning.
- Establish machine time recipe per 12nc per die level for Machine Added value costing.
- Establish Theoretical Cycle time for Wafer Test and pre-assembly.
- Ensure machine recipe for Product costing of dies and new product are established to PC&A SAP system.
- Establish MMR and Technician ratio per machine for all eqpt of Wafer test and pre-assembly.
- Be responsible for HC Planning at Pre-assembly and Work Standard Procedure for Methods Engineering.
- Drive Machine Efficiency (Speed rate & Technical Effcy Factor) and Productivity (MMR) Improvements.
- Provide support for Integral roadmaps, life cycle management, and cost excellence (SPM).
- Support capacity roadmap and expansion for all Backend products (Subcon).
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Methods Engineering in a semiconductor company.
- Strong background experience in equipment capacity, HC planning, and product costing.
- Computer literate.
- Proficiency in Ms Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledgeable in Sap Tools.
- Knowledgeable in Labor and Work Standard settings.
- Good in oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Team Player.
- Can work under pressure.
- Result-oriented, flexible, and can easily adapt with changes.
