- Ensures the timely and accurate processing of post-booking inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Generates information from all available sources
- Coordinates with other units within Amicassa on the early resolution of requests of clients received via phone and emails
- Interfaces with other units of the Ayala Land Inc.
- Monitors and ensures resolution at the committed time of long term inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Conducts baseline analysis
- Replies to buyer's requests within the set turn-around time
- Prepares real-time monitor/report of accounts handled
- Handles other related tasks that might be assigned by Customer Care Leads and Head
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be a Bachelor's degree holder in any field
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Has the willingness to learn the business processes of the company
- Customer service experience in any industry is an advantage
- Willing to work in shifting schedules (with weekends off)
- Amenable to be assigned in Makati Office
