Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

The Human Resource (HR) and Admin Coordinator is primarily tasked to function as complementary counterparts of Human Resource (HR) and Admin from the main site to other major sites. Functions include but are not limited to:

  1. Handling of various HR and Admin-related support/assistance, such as but not limited to the following:
    1. Human Resource (HR)
      1. Talent Management;
      2. Compensation and Benefits;
      3. Training and Employee/Labor Relations;
    2. Admin
      1. Guest Relations;
      2. Office and Fleet Administration;
      3. Asset and Supplies Requisition; and
      4. Accounts Payable Management
  2. Handling of recruitment process from application to admission of an applicant
    1. Placement of employment advertisements in various platforms
    2. Sourcing of potential candidates
    3. Administration of initial interview and online testing
    4. Discussion of pre-employment requirements
    5. Conduct of reference and background checks
    6. Administration of contract signing, Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and benefits orientation
  3. Participation in the planning, monitoring and execution of training and employee engagement activities
  4. Coordination with the government (i.e. Department of Labor and Employment [DOLE]) the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs and requirements, as needed
  5. Preparation of the Company licenses, authorities, permits and other documentary requirements as may be essential in the conduct of government inspection or visit
  6. Function as Company Representative during government-mandated or -initiated visits
  7. Monitoring and administration on the use, condition, and inventory of the facilities, vehicles, supplies and equipment of the Company
  8. Participation in the scheduled facilities, vehicle and assets inspections/inventory, including recommendation and coordination with the proper units on the need for maintenance or replenishment, as the need may arise
  9. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by his/her immediate superior and the Management, in general, which are necessary for the accomplishment of his/her core work and other project deliverables

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Management, or equivalent.
  • Has good oral and written communication skills
  • Has pleasing personality and can deal with different levels of people.
  • Exhibits maturity at work and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Customer oriented
  • Has effective organizational and management skills
  • Full-Time position available.
