- Responsible for CR Development and Defect Fixing of IBM ICMS tool.
- Provide Level 2/3 support as required.
- Support Level 2, Level 3, CR Development, and Defect fixing.
- Software Support Engineers and Developers for ICMS tools using Hardware: AS/400,
- Operational System: OS/400 ,and Database Server: DB2/400.

Experience:
- 2+ years actual experience in ICMS
- 4+ years total work experienceE
