- Handles clerical/administrative tasks such as filing, sorting, printing, photocopying, and safekeeping of confidential files.
- Keeps record of clients
- Monitors attendance and timekeeping.
- Oversees and administers the day-to-day activities of the division.
- Books travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Immediate Head/Management
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Experienced employees with at least 1-4 years of working experience specializing in General Office Administration is preferred. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- With knowledge and skills in MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good moral character and trustworthy
- Fast learner and with initiative
- Willing to put in extra working hours to finish tasks
- Work well in a team environment as well as on their own with minimal supervision.
