1. Create and set up the pipeline target
2. Conduct sales presentations, product demo proposals/ offers, and leading negotiations.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients and facilitate the fulfillment of client needs, including C-level leadership and key stakeholders.
4. Conducting consultative solutioning and selling to corporate customer
5. Familiar with B2B sales process and engagements.
6. Sales will be monitored with activities such as daily calling (new, recall, and maintain calls), weekly presentations, and monthly closing according to target amount, which includes the process of issuing quotations (LOA) and also negotiating and continuing maintaining clients once the deal is completed.
Trình độ tối thiểu
1. Has experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales / Health Insurance / Employee Benefit/ Broker Relations / Bancassurance / Human Capital / Consulting business.
2. Preferably from Technology, Software-as-Service, Insurance, Pharmacy, or Financial Industries;
3. Having a minimum 3 years experience in related field and executive presence.
4. Good sales achievement records and achievements.
5. Good communication and presentation skills.
6. Familiar with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, financial and technology products.
