- Set up the pipeline target
- Monitoring budget and cost production
- Make sure the target achievement ; doing sales, presentation, proposal/quotation, negotiation, and maintaining up and cross selling
- Reporting
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Has experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales / Broker Relation / Bancansurrance business.
- Preferably from Insurance, Pharmacy, Travel, and Hospitality Industry;
- Having minimum Assistant Manager grading from current/last company;
- Good interpersonal skill
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good sales achievement records
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
