ROLE SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The core role scope and responsibilities will be:
- Works with AWH partners (LGUs, MHOs, NGOs etc) to plan implementations and schedule all required activities (buying tablets, booking training, creating materials for training etc).
- Works with IT developers to share technology changes needed and provide business guidance.
- Manages and delivers user training.
- Manages and delivers mass sign up events for health profiling in partnership with local government.
- Manages AWH service implementation – designing new processes and setting up local KPIs.
- Works on strategy for new launch sites and informing pipeline for service expansion.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 0-4 years experience in healthcare, project delivery, consultancy and/or training.
- Knowledge of healthcare, public health and/or healthcare technology platforms.
- Very strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail, working to deadlines and project management.
- Willingness and ability to travel to pilot sites (and stay there for 1-3 weeks for implementations).
- Keeness to learn new skills and work hard to get implementations complete in a challenging-but-rewarding environment.
- Ability to work with developers and translate launch site and other user needs into technology features that can be developed.

reach52 (R52) is a social enterprise which aims to bring universal basic healthcare services to communities in low-access, developing regions through an innovative service model and technology platform. Our approach focuses on leveraging existing community facilities (such as shops, churches, schools etc) and people to use a key technology platform to help deliver basic healthcare services to their fellow citizens.
This allows core health services to be distributed deeper into communities where traditional healthcare services are unable to reach (such as Barangay Health Centres), giving basic support locally but also providing a navigation service where patients are able to find local clinics, purchase affordable quality medication and microinsurance, understand financing options (PhilHealth, PCSO etc) and connect them to regional and national healthcare facilities.
