Requirements Analyst  

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Assisting the sales team in pre-sales activities (examples: product demos, client meetings).
• Gathering of functional and non-functional specifications, including documentation.
• Creating basic presentations including process flows, user experience, functionalities etc.
• Coordinating with Head of Technolog Development to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Coordinating with Quality Assurance team to help them understand requirements in creating test plans and scripts.
• Reviewing of product deliverables prior to installation and deployment.
• Defining change requests from the client and ccordinating with development team on assessing the impact.

• BS Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any business course
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Business or System Analysis and Documentation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in UX/UI design is an advantage
• Can established good rapport to customers
• With research skills
• With technical writing and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of software development.
