- Research and recommend SEO strategy.
- Report on analytics and changes in KPI trends, monitor and report on SEO/Growth progress, including MOM/YOY visits, conversions, lead responses, backlinks analysis, metadata and keyword density checks.
- Identify and recommend new growth opportunities via organic search, PPC, display, retargeting or other virtuous cyclical growth loops.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement the strategies that drive relevant traffic across our platform and on an individual site basis.
- Work with our Product and Marketing teams to analyze the results from each campaign, adapting future creative according to that feedback.
- Make data-driven suggestions around page optimization, linking strategies, SEO tag optimization, and content.
- Handle SEO basics (keyword research, SEO tag audits, etc.)
- Prepare presentations for multiple purposes including reporting on SEO improvements and training website administrators.
- Website audits and competitive analysis to determine the best way to increase search visibility.
- Troubleshoot ranking problems.
- Write SEO development specifications.
- Define future-resilient frameworks and product capabilities that align with Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver, Sou, Yahoo, etc
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Understand technical SEO issues, including site architecture optimization, site speed considerations, on-page and off page optimization and keyword research.
- Data-driven/analytical focus;
- Outstanding communication skills;
- White-hat SEO approaches;
- 2+ years of experience in a similar SEO/SEM focused role
