Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The HR Specialist – Compensation and Benefits will handle compensation and benefits administration such as but not limited to :
- Processing of company and government-mandated benefits and loans
- Managing government-mandated benefits (SSS, Pag-Ibig and PhilHealth)
- Support to other HR-related projects
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Human Resources Management or any business-related courses
- Has at least a year of experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Has at least a year of experience in processing SSS, Pag-IBIG and Philhealth benefits and remittances of contribution/loan payments
- Experience in establishing Employee Handbook and development of salary system is a plus
- Good project management skill
- Good analytical skill
- Good communication skill (both written and oral)
- Proficient in MS Office applications particularly Excel
