Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Training and Development
- Deliver group and individual instruction and training
- Develop training curricula and recommend or utilize vendor programs
- Formulate training outlines and determine instructional methods
- Coordinate administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs
- Assist in analyzing and assessing training and development needs
- Monitor post-training results and its impact on performance
- Develop presentation materials and training aids
Employee Relations
- Extend training and development in the conduct of Employee Relations activities.

Trình độ tối thiểu
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Behavioral Sciences (Psychology/Human Resources Management/Philosophy/Development Studies)
- Experience in Training or Organizational development or Instructional design
- At least 2 to 3 years of work experience
