Recruitment Senior Associate  

Job Summary:

The job holder shall be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for Associates to Specialist level and making sure that the requirements are fulfilled based on the hiring timeline.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Calibrates with the hiring managers for new requirements.
• Posting of job advertisement to job boards and social media sites.
• Conducts sourcing of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Administration of skills assessment exam to assess the level of technical skills and knowledge of candidates who meet the basic qualifications.
• Conducts interview to assess the candidate’s motivation, culture fit, credentials and suitability to the position.
• Endorses qualified candidates to the hiring managers.
• Provides timely and accurate feedback to hiring managers.
• Extends employment offer to qualified candidates and discussion of the pre-employment requirements.
• Collects the pre-employment requirements and ensures the completeness of the required documents.
• Responsible for the creation of the new employee’s 201 file.
• Coordinates new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Maintains and updates the recruitment database.
• Assists in the implementation of recruitment strategies (i.e. university partnership, career fair etc.)
• Protects and maintains the confidentiality of employee information.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
• At least 2 years of working experience in end to end recruitment process is required for this position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
