​​​​​​​Summary: The Technical Account Manager will master our digital product and platform capabilities to provide technical support to our clients and solve the problem with internal cross-functional teams to ensure programmatic campaign success. S/he will proactively work with teams to monitor, track, and deliver programmatic executions, including assessing performance and optimizing accordingly. S/he will also lead troubleshooting for various technical issues that may arise with demand partners while championing our platform capabilities.

  • Provide excellent client service and technical support to our programmatic demand clients
  • Act as a second-level technical/SME point of contact for technical resolution and become an advisory point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Assist clients with PMP setup, troubleshooting, and prepare campaign reporting and analysis
  • Work closely with teams to spec out customization opportunities to improve campaign performance and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Create and contribute to technical documents and FAQs to document new developments and best practices effectively manage up strategy conversation within teams
  • Build strong client relationships with proactive, thoughtful, and poised communication
  • Proactively up-sell additional targeting strategies and idea generation
  • Contribute, handle or manage all aspects of programmatic campaign implementation, management and cross-promoting
  • Provide proposal builds/media plans for "high value" campaigns in both local media group customers and agencies
  • Communicate the value proposition of various programs and provide solutions to technical concepts
  • Determine root causes for customer successes and failures
  • Work with teams to monitor, track, and deliver programmatic executions, including assessing performance and optimizing accordingly
  • Lead or assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members on optimizing and enhancing campaign performance, address able technology and media concepts

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3-5 years experience in digital/online advertising, agency project management, and/or mobile or related environment, technical account management experience with a digital/mobile ad sales platform or a DSP
  • Experience with online media buying and selling processes, has a strong technical aptitude and deep knowledge of the technologies within ad tech including ad serving (CPM/CPA/RTB/ROI), rich media, search management, video, mobile, RTB, google analytics, AdWords, programmatic buying, ad exchanges and data targeting
  • Familiarity with programmatic and DSP platforms
  • Knowledge of DCM and various third-party ad serving platforms
  • Ability to troubleshoot with DSPs and trading desks and drive resolution from ad calls and responses
  • SaaS platform experience: The Trade Desk, SiteScout, AppNexus, DataXu or like Deman Side Platform; Google AdWords, KenShoo, MatchCraft or like PPC platform; Sales Force; BlueKai, Excelate, Proximic or like Data Provider; other AdTech platforms
  • Strong technical writing skills and ability to convey technical concepts for non-technical clients or partners to understand; superior written and oral communication skills
  • Results-oriented, highly productive, motivated, excel under pressure, and a problem solver who can multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Motivated, highly analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • A team player, proven ability to develop a strong relationship with professionals of all levels
  • Open to working on evening shift and variable shift schedules.
  • Willing to work in Quezon City.
