Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
S/he will be responsible for contacting clients by phone to collect information. By conducting phone interviews with our customers, s/he works to understand the customers' business. And help develop content ideas, and create a package of information that can be used by our internal creative teams to generate compelling online and offline copy.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong phone and interviewing skills
- Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization is an advantage.
- Strong client relationship building experience
- Proficient with various software applications programs including email messaging applications, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Open to graveyard shift
- Full-Time position(s) available.
