Functions:
- 1. Management Reports and Presentation
- Gathers and consolidates the following reports from their respective teams:
- Costs – Accounting of different platforms
- Revenues – Billing Team and Sales
- Matrices – Production
- Prepares Financial Reports for Preflight meetings
- Provides commentaries and analytics on variances and trends
- Analyzes Financial information to produce forecast
- Prepares Consolidated Operating Metrics
- Assists in the preparation of Consolidated Financial Dashboard
- Assists in the preparation of Board of Directors Report
- Gathers and consolidates the following reports from their respective teams:
- 2. Sales and Operations Reports
- Extracts Sales Funnel from Salesforce.com and sends to Ops Support
- Updates SalesForce.com Actual and Forecast
- Prepares Sales Funnel Summary and Movements in preparation of the BOD presentation
- Prepares Monthly Headcount Report for Ops Support Group
- Prepares/assists in the preparation of Commission Reports
- Prepares/assists in the preparation of Sales Productivity Reports
- 3. Budgeting
- Assists in the preparation of the company Budget
- Prepares Revenue Calculations and Templates
- Prepares Other Budget Templates
- Prepares Sales Funnel/Revenue Presentation
- 4. File Maintenance/Others
- Prepares New Templates or Working Files for monthly report purposes such as:
- Management Report
- Forecast File
- Costs Files per platform
- Sales Funnel Summary
- BOD Deck
- Performs other tasks as requested
- Prepares New Templates or Working Files for monthly report purposes such as:
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of any course
- Minimum of 1 year related experience as an Analyst (data or finance) is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be versed with MS Office application
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to handle tight deadlines
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues
- Able to communicate to various level within organization
