Marketing Consultant  

S/he will be responsible for contacting customers by phone to collect information. By conducting phone interviews with our customers, s/he works to understand the customers' business, help develop content ideas, and create a package of information that can be used by our internal creative teams to generate compelling online and offline copy.

• Act as the main point of contact for multiple customers via phone and email and our internal creative teams to deliver sharp copy packages within tight timelines
• Handle customer calls and inquiries to gather pertinent business information needed in the creation of their websites
• Through phone interviews with clients, assist in the creation and maintenance of customer-specific documentation for assigned customer base and desired output medium
• Document details of each call accurately as per company-provided guidelines
• Document and track amendment requests and completions
• Work with appropriate teams within the organization to collect assets (logos, images, other digital information) for completion of their websites
• Conduct research vital to capturing customer information

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-year solid experience in a BPO.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong phone and interviewing skills
• Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization is an advantage.
• Strong client relationship building experience
• Proficient with various software applications programs including email messaging applications, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Open to graveyard shift
