- Provide technical responsibility for all cards personalization and specialization, including managing vendors and production.
- Control and assure production ability, safety and security features.
- Manage cards inventory and needed business reports or productivity analysis.
- Central contact for any cards production inventory, equipment maintenance, printing and replacements.
- Lead card process stability and ensures meeting of card production in time.
- Train and oversee suppliers/operators for any cards set up needed.
- Encode concessionary card applications, with adhoc clerical tasks.
- Together with QA conduct internal audits for cards checking, approval, release, production process, etc.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of any university degree from leading academic institutions.
- 1-2 years of experience related to initializing and personalizing cards.
- Experience in cards personalization and card production.
- Knowledge on proper inventory is needed
- Preferred background in cards inventory.
- Professional and technical understanding of cards operations and its dependencies.
- Excellent PC skills to include usage of MS Office (with advance excel).
- High attention to details and keen cost orientation.
- High sense of order and ability to measure control reliability of cards production.

AF Payments Inc. is the product of a partnership between two of the country’s biggest conglomerates, the Ayala Group and First Pacific Group. Both conglomerates created a consortium known as the AF Consortium to participate in the bid for the Automated Fare Collection System (AFCS) project released by the Public-Private Partnership Center (PPP) of the Republic of the Philippines to be overseen by the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC).
