Treasury Analyst  

The Treasury Analyst, as a role will do the following:

• Monitor cash flow of company on a daily basis, making periodic analysis by use of certain investment skills and busines acumen
• Contorl all bank and operating system; manage the money transmission system
• Undertake all treasury operations and responsiblities under the supervision of Finance Manager
• Review bills on a constant basis and assess the various payment activities and methods
• Maintain day to day conrol over treasury transactions and authorization of bank payments
• Partner with company auditors (both internal and external) to ensure that all transactions having to do with treasury is recorded correctly
• Monitor reporting in accordance with laid down Philippine standards
• Perform special projects and requests from time to time as the management deems fit
• Furthermore, accountabilities include:
  • Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment
  • Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
  • Maintain banking relationship
  • Arrange for equity and debt financing, as needed
  • Invest funds
  • Invest pension funds
  • Advise management on the liquidity aspects of its short- and long-range planning
  • Oversee the extension of credit to merchants
  • Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities

• BS Accountancy Gradudate, CPA from any leading academic institutions
• 1-2 years of Treasury experience, an advantage;
• Open to new graduates with strong leadership and consistent academic excellence;
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV accounting software package is a plus but not mandatory;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
• Must have excellent communication and writing skills;
• Ability to perform clerical work with a high degree of accuracy;
