- Run ARK’s start-up business venture that will provide income to our partner communities.
- Conduct market studies.
- Find collaborators and partners.
- Identify, train, and coordinate with partner entrepreneurs.
- Identify and manage the best distribution channels.
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Fulfill orders, collect payments, and find sales opportunities.
- Ensure high quality production standards and manage inventory.
- Identify and buy high quality raw materials.
- Coordinate with ARK teams in Capiz and NYC on a regular basis.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree graduate.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience working with communities.
- Fluent in Hiligaynon, but also comfortable with English.
- Knows how to Skype.
- Comfortable with numbers and Excel spreadsheets.
- Passionate about ARK’s mission and being part of a global family.
- Willing to be assigned in either Manila or Capiz.

Our claim to fame is our innovative P2.50 school lunch, the world’s first & only self-sustaining school lunch. As the pandemic closed down schools and made communities at-risk for hunger and strife, ARK pivoted and created Feed Back - a neighborhood vegetable exchange. This program enables communities to source their food from within and generate excess to sell to nearby villages and towns.
