- Develops and designs new ideas, applications, systems, products, and relationships to the assigned development area
- Supervise a group of Project ID at assigned development area.
- Report project progress to ID Head to discuss matters that need urgent decisions
- Develop interior design project timelines and costs
- Assess design and detail drawings for development areas that require ID construction plans
- Provide assistance in ID working drawings and specification preparation activities
- Guide designers that respond to RFIs
- Oversee ID dressing of projects
- Inspect ongoing projects and draft report for decision-making and strategy-generation purposes.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent
- At least one (1) year working experience
- Supervision of construction, specifically finishing
- Knowledge in design process, construction detailing, space planning, specifications
- Keen to details
- Knowledge in using programs like Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Autocadd, and MS Office
