- Supervises to ensure that departmental goals and programs are achieved
- Plans and develop improved procedures
- Proactively offer ideas and insights to improve the customer’s issues and challenges
- Follow up on every issue and ensure complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the product or services sold to customers
- Coordinates activities of staff engaged in customer service activities
- Ensure that all enquiries from the customers are responded professionally
- Maintain supportive interdepartmental relationship to resolve customer problems and enhance overall performance of department and staff
- Ensure customer service level agreements are maintained
- Prepares and submit reports and records needed by the management
- Responsible for handling customer complaints and updates management of such matters for effective and immediate resolution
- Ensure timely completion and meet deadlines of project
- Review and monitors work of subordinates such as reports, records, for accuracy, content and corrects errors.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proven experience within a customer facing department
- At least 1 year supervisory experience with excellent team leading and training skills
