Corporate Account Officer  

• Gives support to the National Corporate Accounts Group.
• Ensures that new client registration, information, and requirements are completely filled-out and submitted prior to medicine purchase.
• Creates new entities for newly signed clients in our 4D system.
• Handles and monitors clients’ medicine orders from providing quotation to fulfillment of delivery.
• Coordinates with accounting on the sales performance data of the NCAG on a monthly basis.
• Receives phone calls and walk-in inquiries on Generika corporate offerings and provides initial information based on queries.
• Forwards prospects to assigned CAO/CAS based on their target area for business orientation.
• Assists in the coordination with the concerned department for NCAG initiated events and programs.
• Assists NCAG in the routing of MOA to the concerned departments and initiates the necessary follow-ups.
• Sends emails to all concerned departments about the new signed client(s).
• Participates in Trade Shows/Exposition.
• Prepares snacks for meetings.
• Organizes documents and maintains cleanliness of the office.
• Performs other duties that will be assigned from time to time.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors/College Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Customer Service Orientation
